Bridge

Bridges connections across the Nodegraph.

Method #

The Bridge node is unique in that it is made up of two separate nodes, a sending and a receiving end. This creates a wireless connection across the Nodegraph - anything that is connected to the input of the sending node will be output from the receiving end.

The Bridge helps organize complex graphs by centralizing connections between multiple nodes. It reduces crossed wires, making the graph clearer and easier to read. It can also be used to group common nodes or parameters used in multiple places.

You can get multiple outputs from one bridge node by copying and pasting the output node. But each bridge node can only ever have one input.

To help make your node graph more readable when using the Bridge node, it can be useful to colour code your bridge nodes. It can also be useful to create a Comment next to your bridge nodes to label them and keep your node graph readable.

Parameters

These properties control the core behaviours of the node.
