Warp
Method #
This shading node warps the result of the first shading node input using the result of the second shading node input. Shading nodes are applied to material texture channels to generate textures procedurally while rendering.
Parameters
Parameter Details
Warp Mode The warp mode.
- Directional : Warps along a single direction as defined by the “angle” parameter.
- Vector : Warps along a vector direction as defined by the rgb value of the second input shading node. this is particularly useful when a normal map is used as a warp input.|
Warp Amount The warp amount.
Warp Amount 2 The warp amount in the second axis, when used with the vector warp mode.
Angle The angle of direction for the warp when used with the directional warp mode.
Preview In Viewport Passes this node’s output to the destination material as a colour channel, so it can be previewed more easily.
