Transforms input greyscale values into random RGB colours.

Method #

This node transforms input greyscale values into random RGB colours. A typical input could be a Gradient node, or a Cells node, as they create greyscale values.

Shading nodes are applied to material texture channels to generate textures procedurally while rendering.

Parameters

These properties control the core behaviours of the node.

Preview In Viewport Preview the generated shader as an overlay in the viewport.
