Creates layers of surfaces on the inside or outside a procedural system.

Scale Controls the number of layers produced.
Mode Control the areas the onion layering operates in.
- Inner : Only produce layers on the inside volume of a procedural.
- Inner And Outer : Produce layers on the inside and the outside volume.
