Smooth Envelope Modifier
Method #
This node smooths incoming modifier values over time to create a smoother output value. Useful for removing noise from some sources.
The output is a numeric value that can be further processed with other modifiers, or directly connected to a parameter in another node, using the operation method selected.
Parameters
These properties control the core behaviours of the node.
Parameter Details Current Value Shows the current value of the effect. Cannot be directly changed.
Value Base value to modify the output value with.
Scale Adjust the scale/range of the modifier.
Attack Controls the initial time between the current value to the peak.
Decay Controls the time between the peak to the sustain level.
Hard Change Threshold If the value goes above this threshold, hard jump.
Operation The operation to be performed on the targeted parameter.
- Add : Adds to the parameter value.
- Subtract : Subtracts from the parameter value.
- Multiply : Multiplies the parameter value.
- Replace : Replaces the parameter value.
Restore Values Attempt to move back to the current value to the input value more quickly.
