Smooth the movement of an input node.Updated: 4 Dec 2023
Smooth the movement of an input node. This node changes its transformation values and smoothing changes between them depending on the Input Transforms (Nulls) and the Select Null Index. Smoothed Position, Rotation, and Scale are all inherited by the child nodes.
These properties control the core behaviours of the node.
Parameter | Details |
---|---|
Selected Null Index | Which of the input transforms to move to. |
Adaption Rate | How quickly the null adapts to the new positions input. |
Smoothing Mode | Select how the mode moves between input transforms.
|
Shortest Rotation Arc | Use the path with the shortest distance to the next input transform. |
Name | Description | Typical Input |
---|---|---|
Nulls | Transforms used to change between. | Null |
Transform Modifiers | Apply the transforms of another node to this node. | Null |
Target Node | Modifiy the rotations of the node to always direct the z axis towards the input. | Null |
Local Transform Override | Apply the transforms of another node to this node, relative to its parent. | Null |
